Michael Linskey founded Fortis to help VC-backed cybersecurity firms build their US go-to-market teams. With more than a decade in recruitment and experience leading a large sales organisation as an SVP, he understands the demands of building and managing commercial teams.

His focus is sales, sales engineering and marketing recruitment—from early commercial hires to senior GTM leadership. He works directly with founders and hiring leaders, combining market mapping with targeted headhunting.

Outside work, Michael enjoys golf and hiking with his Cavapoo, Eddie.
